By registering for, downloading or using any Hoxfon services you agree to these terms and conditions.
The services under these Terms and Conditions are provided by HOXFON LTD.
Hoxfon (or the “Service”) is a communication service offered through the Hoxfon apps (the “Apps”) and the website www.hoxfon.com (or the “Website”) that allows you make and receive calls and other kind of communication, over the phone. Hoxfon is owned and operated by HOXFON LTD, a London based company. As a customer of the Service or a representative of an entity that’s a customer of the Service, you’re a “Member” according to this agreement (or “you”).
You agree to respect the following:
You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
You must not use Hoxfon telephone numbers purchased for any of the following:
If you use Services from a Country outside the UK, your use of the Services may be subject to laws and regulations that apply in that other Country. We are not liable for your failure to comply with those laws or regulations.
You can use our Apps and Website to create an account. You agree not to use any false, inaccurate or misleading information when signing up for your Hoxfon account. If you create a Hoxfon account on behalf of an entity, such as your business or employer, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You cannot transfer your Hoxfon account to another user or entity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Hoxfon account.
You can cancel specific services or close your Hoxfon account at any time and for any reason. To cancel your account please email us at help@hoxfon.com
All payments made to Hoxfon will be in GBP Pound Sterling. Payments made using other currencies will be converted to GBP Pound Sterling by our payment provider Stripe. All charges are rounded up to two decimal points of one GBP Pound Sterling.
All you Hoxfon calls made or received will be charged in blocks of 60 seconds. When you buy Hoxfon numbers you will pay a subscription fee agreed at the moment of the purchase at the beginning of each month. All prices for your subscription may be changed at any time by Hoxfon giving you notice by email.
All prices for making and receiving telephone calls using the Apps or the Website change every day. Also the price may vary depending on whether you make or receive calls using the Internet of not. Please check the information provided when making the call to know the current price. You agree to pay the calls’ fare even when the price is only available after the call. This may happen as the result of an issue on Hoxfon information billing systems or on our telecommunication provider. The final call price is deducted from your account balance immediately after a call is completed.
You are responsible for any roaming charges incurred as a result of using any Hoxfon services. Including downloading the Apps, making or receiving calls, and using the Website. You may be charged your standard mobile operator’s internet rates for the time you are connected to the internet through your mobile device. Please be aware that internet charges could be high particularly while you are roaming.
As long as you are a Member or have an outstanding balance with us, you’ll provide us with valid credit card information and authorize us to deduct the monthly or yearly charges against that credit card and you allow Hoxfon to deduct the fee in case you opt-in our Automatic top-up service. You’ll replace the information for any credit card that expires with information for a different valid credit card. Anyone using a credit card represents and warrants that he or she is authorized to use that credit card, and that any and all charges may be billed to that credit card and won’t be rejected. If, for some reason, we’re unable to process your credit card order, we’ll try to contact you by email and suspend your account until your payment can be processed.
You will not be entitled to a refund from us under any other circumstances. We may offer a refund if we deemed you have not been provided with an adequate as described by this contract.
You agree to use the telephone services provided by Hoxfon as specified in “Use of the Service” paragraph.
You agree to understand that Hoxfon cannot be used to make Emergency calls.
There may be situations when Services are not continuously available or the quality is affected and so we cannot guarantee continuous fault-free service. For instance:
You are legally responsible for any use and activity linked to any telephone numbers you bought using the Apps of the Website. You must provide a valid email address when you register a number. In some cases you will be asked to provide your physical address in a Country where you wish to buy the number in. You are solely responsible of the accuracy of the information provided.
When you purchase a telephone number using the Apps or the Website you agree to start a monthly bill subscription which is charged to your account at the beginning of each month. If a month goes unpaid the number will be removed automatically. You are paying for exclusive use of the number, whether it is paused or not. You can cancel a subscription at any point removing the number purchased.

All content included on the Apps and the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hoxfon LTD and protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Website is the exclusive property of Hoxfon LTD and protected by U.K. and international copyright laws. All software used on (or provided through) the Apps and the Website is the property of Hoxfon LTD.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or your use of the Apps or the Website, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Hoxfon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. Please check these terms and conditions regularly. We can update them at any time without notice. Your continued use of or access to the services or Apps provided by Hoxfon following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Hoxfon may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
